Organizational Goals
The Santa Barbara Education Foundation will receive, administer, and dispense funds, properties, and gifts of any kind to educational areas of need within the Santa Barbara School Districts.
Remain focused on enhancing the educational experience for all students in our districts.
Secure a healthy endowment of 3 million dollars, enabling the foundation to grow in perpetuity.
Raise awareness of Santa Barbara Education Foundation and educational issues.
- Provide the community with information regarding Santa Barbara Education Foundation purpose and activities
- Provide educators with information regarding fundraising resources and opportunities
Program Goals
Keep The Beat–Elementary District
- Secure a minimum of $75,000.00 annually to meet current demand of students in the Elementary Music Program.
- Launch an Endowment Campaign to fund the program in perpetuity, with the goal of expanding the program to include all children who wish to participate
- Launch a Music Pathway and Academy.
Technology Today–Secondary District
- Secure necessary funds to provide technological equipment required for competitive learning.
- Develop professional relationships with corporate and higher learning institutions for technological mentorship.
- Work with students, teachers and administrators in the pursuit of academic excellence
